Payment on delivery is built on trust. Every order we dispatch costs us real money in logistics, rider fees and time. Unserious orders hurt genuine customers who are waiting for stock. Please respect this policy:
- Do not order if you do not have ₦40,000 ready right now, or if you are "just checking the price".
- Do not order if you are travelling or will not be available at the delivery address within the delivery window.
- Answer your phone. Orders we cannot confirm by call or WhatsApp will not be dispatched.
- Once confirmed, your order is dispatched immediately. Rejecting the delivery without a valid reason, switching off your phone or "not picking" the rider's call is not acceptable.
- Fake orders, wrong numbers and pranks will be cancelled, and the phone number will be blacklisted from all future orders with us.
- Riders wait for a limited time. If you cannot be reached when the rider arrives, the order may be returned and you may be charged the delivery fee to re-deliver.

No. We operate strictly payment on delivery. You pay ₦40,000 by cash or transfer only after the watch is in your hands and you have checked it.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes, if your phone runs Android 5.0 or later, or iOS 10.0 or later. You pair it through the free FitCloudPro app.
Can I really make calls with it?
Yes. When connected to your phone by Bluetooth, the watch's microphone and speaker let you answer and make calls from your wrist.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 14 days with normal use and about 7 days with heavy use. It charges fully in roughly 1.5 hours with the magnetic charger included in the box.
Can I swim or bathe with it?
It is IP68 rated for sweat, rain and splashes. We advise you not to wear it in hot showers, saunas or for swimming.
